Hello, i’m trying to edit the settings in my essential grid but it won’t let me click on the different tabs.
I’ve updated the theme to SoundRise 1.5.11
However I’ve tried updating Essential Grid and it will not update. Do I need a paid license to download Essential Grid from their website? Tried deleting Essential Grid and re-installing it, but can’t find the plugin when searching for it.
Actually just found the essential grid plugin in the themes folder, the issue i’m having now is getting an ajax error when importing the essential grid json file
Hi, Please disable all plugins except Essential Grid. You can also activate another wp theme instead of Soundrise. Just to be sure. When it done try again.

Does this theme have the feature to allow subscribers to make their own posts? I want to design a live music gig listing website and allow musicians to upload (post) their upcoming concerts and new music and bio etc.

For this, we recommend using using a third party plugin. We dont have this feature built-in into our theme.
I upgraded to the newest Wordpress and Soundrise version but now my site is blank save for this “error message” below. What file or plugin is this referring to so I can remove or updated it?

I’ve installed the theme (and demo content), but the menu does not render, the music player is broken, and WordPress is insisting I update the database, which I’ve already done TWICE.
I’ve left you numerous support tickets days ago, with no response. I’m about to request a refund. This theme doesn’t seem stable.

Hi Alex, the website colour scheme seems to be off. SEE: http://productionstranscende.ca/ AND http://productionstranscende.ca/contact/ – all hyperlink colours and coloured icons (menu, etc.) should be the following colour code: #077caa
I’ve changed this in all of the backend settings, yet I’m still seeing a red menu, and aqua links (particularly on the “Contact” page).

Soundrise theme: v1.5.9
Soundrise-music: v1.6.8
WPBakery Page Builder: v6.9.0
Essential Grid: v.3.0.16
Revolution Slider: v6.5.31
If iron-demo-importer plugin still installed, please delete it.

The background set on the content through the look and feel setting is fixed. Most background images from our demos are set on the wpbakery row element.

Hi! could you tell me where I can find the new version of soundrise-music plugin? After updating the php-version on my server the site crashed and updating the theme does not help since the problem is caused by that plugin, but I can’t find it from the latest theme files.

The last theme version is 1.5.9 The last plugin version is 1.6.8
You should also disable iron-demo-impoprter plugin if it still installed. It is not requried once the demo content is imported.

You are probably trying to install the soundrise-wp-package.zip file as the theme file but it is not the theme file. Please unzip it. You will find the soundrise.zip file in the “theme” folder.

Hello! Love the theme and getting things in place. However, our logo will not display in mobile view no matter what I change. I have eliminated the demo logos entirely within the “logo” tab for theme settings. What am I missing? Thank you.

Your theme looks really good I’m thinking about purchasing it, the problem is you don’t keep up-to-date with Wordpress or the plugins that you use with the theme. Last update shows April of 2022. Almost all top developers on Themeforest keep things current, Hacking and plugin vulnerabilities happen on a daily basis with WordPress and you really need to keep things current, I’m not purchasing until I see you have updated your theme.

Soundrise player can stream from shoutcast or icecast but artworks have to be imported in the media library.

I get this message when trying to install the soundrise music plugin: ” Plugin not activated. A higher version of soundrise Music is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”
But when I go to my installed plugins, there is no soundrise plugin.
Hi, Pleasebe sure you have the last soundrise theme version 1.5.7. If you still cant install soundrise-music, please verify by ftp if a soundrise-music folder already exists in the wp-content/plugins folder. Delete it is already there. Support We understand that our support have expired. But are you able to tell us the cause of the problem why your plugin is conflicting with featured images.
When we disable your plugin, the featured images display. but when activate, the featured images stop showing.
