Hello. I bought a licence for this theme in 2021 and i am not getting updates since there. Since version 5.2. Is there a reason for that? This never happened to me before.

I just purchased the Spa Lab theme and did so because it states it is Visual Composer compatible. I uploaded the theme ( the one it downloaded is only Version 1.0.1) which is Not the current version, and demo content. All pages are using Elementor. I tried to install the latest version of Visual Composer (WP Bakery Pagebuilder) 2023-09-26 – version 7.1 and immediately the site crashes and shows Critical Error message. SO my question is : Is the current version compatible with Visual Composer (as stated on the Themeforest website where I purchased it, and are the pages set up for Visual Composer?

Is it possible to make the catalog or price list work in a manner like the gallery with filter? with the clickable links to each portfolio with the animation effect except the price list or catalog items would show instead? or is there a plugin that would accomplish that?

Trying to install spalab…when I try to upload “spalab” from the zip file, it just opens the file, but not able to upload. have been trying to install it, are missing media, and my hosting company increased PHP values. Regardless of how I install it, I still get the css errors.

Spa Lap theme has recently become incompatible with Plesk. You can no longer open the website for editing from Plesk. The cause is the DesignThemes Core Features plugin and Reservation plugin. You will then receive a lot of error messages and cannot log in. If you disable both plugins, you can log in, but the website will not be displayed properly. If I extend my Themeforrest support and support resolves it, which I doubt, the problem will be back with the next Spa Lap theme update. In short, the new version of Spa Lab has not been tested sufficiently, but has been put into operation with problems.
So I’m not really happy with this.

The reservation plugin is not working – clients have tried to schedule and it never enters the calendar, sends an email or does anything other then sit . Is there an update on it or? I have been using this theme for years and years

Hi, i want to acquire this theme. Is it compatible with only elementor? not pro, just elementor. I want to teach my client how to update content with a light page builder and visual composer is not an option. Thanks in advance

Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WPBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with WPBakery plugin.
The Elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

This will actually depend on the use case. Licenses in general, apply to the end product you use them for. Usually, this end product will be a website with a specific topic. If you use sub-domains where the topic of the site is not identical or the general design is different, then these sub-domains represent own end products, thus you will need one license per sub-domain.
Only in cases where the topic and general design of your sub-domains match the purpose of your main site, it is fine to go with one license. In the latter case, you can contact us, and after review, we can enable your license for usage with sub-domains.
According to Envato’s licensing terms and conditions, you need a license per domain

We understand that we need separate license but its also not logical if we have 3 same business we buy the same theme for 3 times. Its not subdomain websites are different. For abc.com is our salon in US and xyz.com in UAE and def.com in UAE for man. What we want is to buy the same and use for 3 of our sites.

Hello, I tried to update my spalab theme (spalab-old version) but between the versions of php, wordpress and plugins, I am lost. Currently I am in 5.0 for wordpress, 5.6 for php and 1.9 for spalab. I tried in 6.0.3 for Wordpress, 7.4 for php and 3.6 for spalab-old but I have a lot of critical errors. So I’m looking for help. Of course, I am ready to renew spalab support, but I would like to be sure that their support will be complete and that I will be supported until everything is working properly. Hello, i wanted to be more efficient by using the right bottom form of your support page, and sent you something last week, but nothing, no answer ! So i ask here. We’ve been using your theme since years, and now the booking plugin (booked) is not working anymore : spinning circle when we choose a timeslot. This bug is stopped when we disable woocommerce plugin, but thats not what we want, we need it too (booking a timeslot need woocommerce payment). We dont ask for help, we can make an update of your theme, even with a fresh wordpress installation to get something completely “clean”, but we discovered that the booked function is not here, it seems that your reservation module has changed. We just want to know whats the way for old theme user who are on “booked” if they want to get the last theme versions. Thx;

Great day. Sorry for the late reply. As of now, our plugin will support cash on arrival and PayPal support only. We haven’t implemented our theme with WooCommerce payment integration. We will note and consider this a future update and will work on this.

Hello, sorry but I did not understand your answer (french people here). I’m talking about reservation with booked plugin (or whatever new plugin now), and woocommerce payment ( Compatible With WooCommerce 5.7.x is mentioned on the theme description). Are you saying that something that worked before, is not available anymore with last theme updates ?

Our theme is compatible with WordPress 6.0.x and WooCommerce’s latest version as well. Like if you’re using the shop page in the theme it will be working fine well in our theme.
As per our conversation you’re talking about the appointment booking plugin details, from that, we have implemented cash-on-arrival and PayPal integration only. So that booking page will work those functionalities.

Ok, so can you tell me which theme version is the last one with still booked plugin and woocommerce working fine together? And can you send us this version on the email i’ve sent you with the support form ? (our theme version is 3.0 at the moment), and last question, would you know if it will still work in the years coming just like this. thx. I would add a comment, saying, that i’ve seen a lot of case of theme updating which needs fresh install, or changing page builder, etc, its a part of the game, and improve experience, but NEVER a function disappear like this. For clients who chose your theme especially for booked function and made a hard job to build a weekly calendar linked with ecommerce products that can be “bought”, you are killing both shop and reservation, thats not normal and we will report this.
