I purchased the theme but it has no zip file or theme to add to the store? Just pictures
The zip file also won’t upload says it’s missing and iv downloaded other themes with no issues
Hope you are trying to install the core file that you downloaded from themeforest! You need to extract the downloaded zip file.
Within the extracted folder, there are 3 items – Readme.txt, Documentation folder and a spatreats.zip file.
The file you have to upload to Shopify is Spatreats.zip.

Hello, I am very interested in buying this Spa theme, however I noticed that the “Book an Appointment button” under the CONTACT US section does not work. When I clicked the button I was expecting to get a kind of calendar to book in but it takes me nowhere. Does this booking button actually work in this template? Or Is the button only part of the design but does not work? Am I supposed to write the code to do the booking section? Thanks

I have added a menu item, selected all categories and it doesn’t drop down and show those categories. When I click on it, those categories show up on the side of the page

Hello there,
I just purchased your product and currently trying to load my collections to display in the page on shopify.
The instructions are clear “To display featured products GO to theme settings > Home page options > select Featured Collection”.
However, for some reason it will not load my collections. Is image size preventing it from displaying?

I am working on this theme for a client. Can you please advise me on how to add a review script inside of the review tabs on the product pages. I want the script to run inside of the “Review” tab, not underneath the tabs box. I can’t seem to find the file I need to edit anywhere. Thanks!

Unfortunately, that didn’t exactly work. As you’ll see from the screen shot, there are now two boxes of content. The code {{product.description}} is pulling data from somewhere, and I think that needs to be changed.
We need the tabs to be Description, Ingredients, and Reviews where we can enter in the data from the New Product Page.
Nevermind, my client had made some adjustments to her product pages. Your code seems to be working fine. We can just add the Ingredients within the Product Description. Thanks for your quick help in solving this for us!!

It seems you have installed wrong file!

Hi Buddha, once I purchase could I also add a currency changer feature to this theme for customers who wish to view my Shopify store in Euros, Pounds, Yen, etc?
Also, if I wanted to change this theme’s colors, could I change the colors to some light blues, pinks and purples?

My platform is just Shopify…
hi, Just install the Shopify theme file & you will get a completely customized theme, you can add your logo , own images if needed.. No need of additional program to customize it.
