I attempted to install the Sparks theme from sparks.qodeinteractive.com/app-presentation/, but the installation process halted at 80%. I made three attempts on my server, and I only intended to install this particular theme. I believe the installation process was not well-documented, and I struggled to complete it. If possible, I would appreciate your assistance via AnyDesk. Otherwise, please refund my payment.

Please note that WPbakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Hi have this wierd issue where when adding the social profile links for the user. on the blog single page in the author section instagram twiter facebook and google+ is show however the urls is only added for twiter and linkdin which is not shown at all

Can I download a demo of this theme for free? My month has been really turbulent. Still can’t decide what kind of niche I shall take and build a website in. I thought of dedicated team model (DTM) and hiring about 3 to 4 developers and using your design for my website. The only thing that makes me waver is whether or not I will be able to adapt his design to my unique business style.

I’ve bought 5 licenses, love the product, but I’m getting “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.” when adding a Video Button to play a video. My support has expired and I cannot find answers anywhere. This seems like a problem that shouldn’t be happening. Please advise.

It is hard to determine what is causing an issue without accessing your site. We tested this on our local instalation and the video button works fine. Please note that the Mikado Video Button element can only play youtube or Vimeo videos. Self-hosted videos are not supported.

Sparks is compatible with the latest version of WordPress. You can try using a newer version to see if everything works fine, but if it doesn’t, we suggest to keep using version 4.7.0 until we release an update.

We can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. Does it create android apk file for listing in google play? If yes, does it support the geolocation feature for locating the user of the app?

Thanks for taking an interest! This theme is a WordPress theme and not an app, however all our themes are responsive and is behaving well on mobile devices.
As for the geolocation for the users, we do not have such a feature included within our theme, and possible you could achieve something similar with a 3rd party plugin, however, we cannot recommend nor guaranty that they will work as they have not been tested with our theme.

Hi there, I cannot fix a problem that keeps appearing on the GTMetrix which probably you had fix before. It is a redirection error to this link: ” https://sparks.mikado-themes.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/logo-dark-small.png ” There is no way to remove this from the code, and this makes the loading of the site slower.

And that is what we thought. This is not there and is embedded in the code which is redirected to your server. So that entire line you can follow in your server but we cannot get rid of it.

Could you please try to upload your logo on every field in Mikado Options > Logo. that way our logo that is loaded will get removed. Also, do check if the logo is present on the page settings as well and replace it as well over there is it is present.

Once checking your site we can see different factors that might affect your speed. You do have for example a KreativDistrikt-Sequence-1.mp4 that takes time to load, also you do have some 3rd party plugins that might affect the page speed so please try to deactivate those.

When it comes to the logo I think it is located in the Appearance > WIdgets > SIde Area so please check that and remove the image from there.
