Theme used to be great. After updating to WordPress 6.2+ and PHP 8+, there have been issues. An older version of the theme (2.0.7) looks correct, but has critical failures when attempting to edit. However, the updated version (3.1.3) of the theme no longer has all previously existing features, resulting in looking very different with no way to fix it without major revisions. If this is the only solution, we're better off abandoning this theme.
We had consistent support emails from the authors for a while, but after a few weeks with no results, emails now are ignored.
At this stage of WordPress, better to ditch themes like this and work with full site editors.

Half of the stuff does not work as described. WPBakery Page Builder stopped working. It was supposed to be part of the sold item.
No customer support. I've opened a ticket 2 months ago, i've made 4 followups and still no answer from them.
I've payed extra just for customer suport, and i am very disspointed that i have no an answer from support.
The customer support here is excellent. They go out of their way to resolve an issue and it is a great theme. I was very impressed by their after sales support and I would highly recommend.
