Hello, it seems that The last Slider Revolution plugin version (with licence), doesn’t work properly with the Specular theme last version (with licence as well) and it seems depending from Specular theme because the slider with Twenty Twenty-one theme works fine.

Hello on behalf of third parties I am updating the theme in a demo copy, but I have a problem with exporting theme options:
Export Options
Here you can download your current site data. Keep this safe as you can use it as a backup should anything go wrong, or you can use it to restore your settings on this site (or any other site). You can send your dummy data to Codeless Team too if you want to share with the community
Save as backup Send to community
If I perform the backup it replies: Content exported successfully Options exported successfully Widgets exported successfully Menu exported successfully
but it doesn’t download any files and I don’t know how to re-import the backup. it’s normal?
What should I do otherwise? thank you

If the person have purchased the license years before the support license was expired. So you have to purchase a new license to receive support for you theme.

We have updated the theme and now nothing goes. It seems that WPBakery Page Builder no longer works. The plug-in is included with the theme.

Hello. I’ve attempted to update the theme to v.4.1.0 and codeless framework to 1,0,4 (after theme update) and I get a WordPress critical error. I’ve attempted the theme update twice. Is there a known conflict with this theme update? Thanks.

I have 3 licenses for this theme. I have the same problem as Edumund1963. I had to restore the site I updated. Not even going to try on the other two. I also copied the error when Codeless Framework was paused.
Please, can you try to install and activate the required new plugin: Specular WPBakery Addons & Backward Compatibility?

I used those instructions to update. Theme first then the Specular WPBakery Addons & Backward Compatibiiity, then the two Codeless updates the Codeless Framework update generated an error and I had to go in to admin in recovery mode. I tried twice. It just doesn’t work.

hi, it does not allow me to login. The theme is deactivated. Do I install all the plugins individually.
Ok, delete Codeless Framework plugin (from FTP) , activate/update theme, install all required plugins that WordPress will show you on top of page.
