This is a mess. Read the reviews, NOT the ratings. There is no way those are people who are really using this template. Looks like paid reviewers....
Support takes 7 days or more to reply and they just blame Sportspress or you.
This is a garbage theme with little customization outside of Sportspress. You cant change colors, text, elements, etc. WPBakery support even craps on this template saying they get complaints about it as well.

Therefore, I kindly request that you ensure the theme is installed on a completely fresh and properly configured WordPress site with appropriate server limits.
Moreover, note that the color issue could be that the server is not generating the needed styles, you need to check it from the server side, and make sure that CSS generator works correctly and make sure that files and folders permissions are increased
Furthermore, sorry for the delays, it's important to acknowledge that there might be some delays, especially during business days when tickets are in the checking stages. I'm reviewing this theme for several reasons. The level of support is excellent, and my two minor issues were resolved in the initial reply.
The theme in general presents very few if any issues. The installation was quick and painless if you follow the step-by-step process they provide. Everything you need to customise the theme is in the documentation and the integration with SportPress is superb.
If you are needing a sports theme don’t hesitate to purchase - excellent service all round.

Good template. Slow performance due to many customizations that are not natural form the WP structure. Works fine with minor bugs.

I purchased this theme and immediately ran into major problems trying to run it with Sportspress.
On the player page page, I tried using the Player Media Gallery to add images. It wouldn't work. I opened a support ticket and they said: "We've detected some conflicts with the player Media Gallery option. We have transferred the case to our developer to fix it. The issue will be fixed in the theme upcoming update." The latest update recently came out and the issue still isn't fixed.
Then, with the sponsors plugin from Sportspress, a major part of our funding, when you click on a sponsor, it goes to a page that is blank - it doesn't display the content. I was told, "We determine some conflicts in the theme, I've reported this issue to our dev team, and they already checking this, needed fix will be included in the upcoming theme update. Unfortunately, we can not provide an exact date of release, please kindly wait."
Since these are two major issues, I asked if my support period could be extended to determine if the theme would work for my non-profit organization and was told no. Essentially, I wasted the money on this theme and have to begin looking for a new theme that actually works with major components of Sportspress.
The support was fairly timely, with first responses coming in 3-6 days. However, I have no faith that what needs to be fixed will be fixed after my first report about the Player Media Galleries. I'd steer clear as this theme has a lot of major bugs.
