Hey I just downloaded your template. I am trying to remove a few sections that I do not wish to use, but after I delete them, I am left with a white space. can you help me out please?

Thanks for purchased the item. I’ll do my best to assist you to resolve your problem regrading the template.
Can you tell me which section part you try to delete. I mean news, portfolio or etc.. Most of the elements are grouped. If you try delete to element it will delete all contents of the element. Because contents of the elements are grouped together. Therefore first you have to un-group the element and then you can select or delete part by part on the element.
Can you explain more about the footer issue please. If you need to adjust the footer you have adjust it in master page area. But i would like to know more information about the footer issue.
