no sorry, that is not possible on one WP installation. But you can create a multi-site (network) easily on one installation ( https://wordpress.org/support/article/create-a-network/ ) and then should be no problem to have two different clubs.

Does it fully support SportsPress Pro? I am assuming it does 
Also a bit on the complicated side but I’m hoping to integrate a way of score cards been submitted for team managers – would you be able to help with that at all – or indeed any custom development.
And lastly what option does the slider/hero have for integrating say the latest results or perhaps news articles.

But sorry, this theme is exclusively developed for ‘WP Club Manager’ plugin only ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-club-manager/ ) and this plugins is not suitable for managing a league website, it is for managing a single club only.
