How do you remove the default Blog post excerpt text that appears when displaying posts using the content composer blog shortcode? The same default content is appearing in the excerpt for every post using the blog shortcode.

The easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site.The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import.

Hello How do I update the theme? I get an error when I upload via wordpress admin appearance. I wan to do it via FTP. Should I just deactivate current theme, delete it and upload new update from FTP? Should also deactivated plugs before uploading new update?

To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as sports-club/sports-club). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “sports-club-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins in case it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

Is this theme going to be updated to be compatible with Wordpress 5.5 as it appears to not work correctly at present with some of the themes functions now not working and certain features not accessible in the WP admin anymore
