the home page does not show the sliding picture (carousel) and the menu bar (like blogs, contact, menu, gallery, etc) as shown in the preview. it only shows the lady photo but not the walking foot photo. please help me out. thank you.

I had one question I would like to ask you. I am trying to figure out how to change the header image and can’t seem to get it to work. I have had no issues with anything else, but the header image, header logo, and the header quote. I uploaded a new image and it still hasn’t updated for almost a day. It also says it recommends a header height of 0 pixels. I don’t understand what it means by 0 either. Any assistance with this would be great! appreciated!
