Hello, congratulations on your work, I think it’s a great topic.
Before buying I would like to know if it is what I need.
I am creating an app with a React Native theme (BeoNews Pro – React Native mobile app for Wordpress from the creators InspireUI)
This app connects to WordPress themes through REST API.
1 – Would your theme be compatible with this application? I don’t see in the description if you can use multiple languages
2 – Can you add Recipes from the Frontend without being an administrator?
3 – Is your subject multilanguage?
4 – Do you have a child theme or should I create it myself?
Thanks for your attention, I hope you can help me. a greeting
Hi there,
1) We don’t have any experience with this tool, so we can’t guarantee compatibility.
If you want your site available in two languages, you can use a plugin such as Polylang or WPML.
2) Unfortunately, we don’t currently have an option for adding recipes via the frontend.
3) What are you referring to exactly when you say “Subject”?
4) There’s not a child theme included but it should be easy to create.
Cheers!
Hi. 3 . I mean if the theme is multi language. But don’t worry, I’ll find another that meets my needs. Thanks for your time, greetings
Cheers!
I installed the latest version of the “Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed” plugin to show my instagram feed. I managed to make it work but I cannot figure out how to add the “follow me on instagram” button. I have activated the option in the plugin and also tried to change the code you suggested in the guide but the button shows below the images and not over them in the middle.
Any help would be appreciate it.
Hi Mary,
The following title: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/5055610/2c4ea18ece32bff9b74991ac1363aabe is coming from the Custom HTML widget title field, for example: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/5055614/b43978179206c5744593d3dee48b8c51
It’s not a link though, but if you wanted to turn it into a link you could move the title into the Custom HTML area and add the following above the IG shortcode:
<h4 class="instagram-title">
<a href="https://instagram.com/yourprofile">Follow @ Instagram</a>
</h4>
Then leave the title field blank, like this: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/5055621/4be68cb0c4fccbb379fbebf75986a263

Please suggest us your demo design link.
Thanks Pratik Patel
Hi there,
Unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to achieve such design without major customization to the theme

Hi there, I installed woocommerce which replaced my original home page. How do I get my homepage back, or at least the widgets needed to recreate the original homepage?
Hi there,
It sounds like you’ll want to navigate to WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading > and where it says “My homepage displays”, choose your “latest posts” page or whichever page you had originally set as your homepage. Save changes when finished.
Cheers!
Thanks, I found the answer in one of your earlier replies. Not sure why Woocommerce takes over the homepage. Thanks again for the reply. Great product by the way!
Glad to hear it!
Hi!
I am wondering how I can remove the option to have the header image on the top of my blog from being pinned to Pinterest. As it stands right now when readers come to my blog, when they click on my header it should take them back to my home page…instead it pins the image to Pinterest. I reached out to the developers of the pinning plug-in that I use and they are not able to fix it on their end, and suggested it might be an issue with this theme. Is there a way to embed my image into the header so it’s not pinnable? Can you help me to stop this from happening?
Thank you in advance! Jo-Anna
Hi there,
I assume your Pinterest plugin is adding the pin it button to all images. Usually these plugins have options to exclude images by adding their class.
Could you please send us a message via our contact form here: https://themeforest.net/user/solopine and include your site url and a temporary admin account so we can take a better look at it?
Cheers!
Hi! Thank you for your quick response! It does have options to exclude images from being pinned…there is an opt out option as well as a size option. Both have been applied but the image is still pinnable. I’ll email over my site URL and temporary admin access. Thank you!
Do you have an email I can use for the admin account?
Hi there, feel free to email us via the contact form on our profile page (https://themeforest.net/user/solopine) and we can share our email address for a login user with you via that method
Cheers!
If I buy sprout & spoon theme, for how many websites it can be used at a time.
Hi there, one theme license purchase can be used on one web domain. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions! Cheers!
Hello there! I’d love to buy your theme for my current food and recipes website (www.foodforjoy.in). But before that I’d love to know if I could migrate my old website content that was designed using a theme from another author to the theme designed by you. The website currently is running on a recipe theme too, with specifics such as little snippets about the recipe before the recipe card. The tag list is nothing but the ingredient list in the current situation of my website. So I’m a little afraid to get into changing the theme of my website due to these critical factors that might make the porting (between themes) cumbersome for me. Could you you please look into this aspect and let me know if your theme would suit my requirements.
Hi there,
Thank you for your interest in our theme!
Unfortunately I think you would have to manually switch your recipes over to our Sprout & Spoon recipe card. So depending on how many recipes you have, this could be quite cumbersome.
I would like to renew my license to for the theme. However, there are some aspects of the theme that I would like to change. I talked to a local web designer but I was told that I would have to confirm with the copyright holder whether the license for the theme allows modification and to what extent.
I had a look at the Envato license text and license FAQ and found that it is permitted to modify the licensed item. However, I’m not sure to what extent modifications are permissible. Could you please clarify your understanding of the license text and tell me whether you think that modifications are permissible and if so, what modifications you consider to be a violation of a license.
My questions does only refer to two licenses for two websites (staging and production).
Hi there,
Thank you for asking
You are free to modify/customize the theme to any extent you’d like.
Cheers!
Hi there,
Currently the only compatible mode with the AMP plugin is the “Reader” template mode.
Cheers!
Ok thanks for the quick reply
Cheers!
