There seems to be an issue the file uploading. I keep getting the error message “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” Can you process a refund for me please.

This theme looks great, but hosting a custom template is not supported by WordPress themselves. So my question is, how much maintenance is it from our side when there are updates etc.? And what sites are trustworthy to host it on? This is the first time I’m considering a custom template.
