Do you still offert a reel support for the Squash theme? I think maybe after update the Wordpress version 5.4, now only some items display on mobile version (but menu don’t works), and for the desktop version, nothing display except the header and the footer! Revolution Slider don’t display too. Help please.

I am setting up the Squash theme for a client and I’m trying to find a setup tutorial like how Studiopress does it but I can’t seem to find specific tutorial except for the setting up of the slider. Do you have one? Things like what plugins to download, what set up looks like in the back end for each section of the homepage etc?

first of all, just to know this is not a support/help issue, this is a theme issue, i have a problem displaying the images on a page, i have a page team member, i added a new team and its image is not showing, 100% the code is right and everything is set. the image when you visit it as link its showing, but in the page its not, went to source code to check if the link is there, and its not its just saying src(Unknown source). where can i submit the ticket ? or to contact you for website details to check it yourself ?

You can learn from http://www.solostream.com/blog/tutorials/translate-wordpress-theme/ about translating your site into your language. Pls make sure you add the entry for your language into wp-config.php file like this -
define ('WPLANG', 'fr_FR');
Pls use the pot files in ‘squash/languages’ folder as a template to create .po files. http://www.poedit.net/ -Poedit is the popular free editor for creating .po and the corresponding binary .mo files.
You may need to do an update in POEdit to see all the strings. Do reach out to us in case you find something that is not translation ready.

We tried in our test installation and we are able to add side bar in products page using Appearance > Widgets > Primary Woocommerce Product sidebar . Have you tried that ?

It is upto you to you to decide the same. Sidebars are good places but for full width home pages you will need to plan better. Header and footer are probably good places to do the same.

There is no explicit advertisement zones created in this theme. You will need to insert it into the PHP files. For header, pls modify header.php file and insert the ad code in the right place.

Thanks for your interest. The theme does come with a few options to increase/decrease font sizes for the body or heading fonts. If they do not meet your needs, you can always use simple Custom CSS to achieve the same.
