Hi akedodee!
We are a company that bought your beautiful email template last week, because we read that it was compatible with all browsers. However, after testing it with MailChimp, the images that are set as background doesn’t appear in Outlook. Instead, a dark gap is shown. Could you help us in order to solve this problem? We really need the template to be compatible with all browsers as it is what our clients demand from us.

Sorry, Outlook is not support background-image since version 2007 acording to this Email CSS Guide However, it need to use special html tag ( VML ) for background-image on outlook.
