Staaw has been made for a single store in the first place, I didn’t test it in a multi vendor environment, but it should work with the WooCommerce multivendor plugin.

Hello. I’m using your theme, In a page, if I set the header as hidden, your theme assign to the header the rule display:none and do not remove the h1 tag. So, in my page, I have two h1 tags. Is possible to resolve this problem? thank you.

No. I also tried setting an empty Content Block but it always keeps me a div id=hero with the rule “display:none;” and with a h1 tag inside with the title of the page. From a seo perspective this is seen as a page with two h1 titles and is penalized. Could you solve this? Thank you.
Not sure why the default hero is output. I will investigate this and release a fix in the next update. In the meaning time, here is a quickfix:
You can add the following PHP snippet at the end of the functions.php file or even better, use a child theme and paste the snippet below in the child theme functions.php file:add_filter( 'staaw_show_hero', '__return_false' );

Where do we get the update? Its not here. Where are we supposed to get it because as of now my whole business is down because of your out of date theme messing up WooCommerce. I have nothing but critical errors and can’t even log into my admin with getting a critical error. This is not a support issue, this is a your theme is broken so fix it and give all of us who already paid for it the update, issue!

woocommerce template is out of date. I get this message on my dashboard
our theme (Staaw) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

It’s been two months and you aren’t responding to my tickets. Your theme shuts down the whole site when we install it into Wordpress. Its not possible to enter a purchase code. Nothing is working. Stop ignoring me.

I understand the situation is frustrating for you, and I’m sorry about that.
After checking your website via your ticket, you still have the 1.0.0 version of the theme installed.
Additionally, your PHP version is too recent and was not tested with all of our themes yet. It seems that even WordPress itself and some other plugins are not optimized for this version yet.
I suggest switching to PHP 8 max and updating the theme to its latest version (1.2.4). you shouldn’t have any issues after that.

hi Wolf-Themes…I already have an online store for my graphic t-shirts. Now I want to incoporate the print on demand side as part of the online shop for customers that want custom-made designs. Is there a way I can incorporate this template in such a way that I won’t have to install all the files. Not sure to understand but basically you can only install the whole theme and its plugins. However, you can chose to not install the plugins you don’t need.

what is the best translation plugin to integrate best with the theme of the site and the shop?

If you need a translation plugin, I would recommend Loco translate which is free.
If you need a multilingual plugin, I would recommend WPML. Not free though.
