The problem was in Google Maps API project credentials, which is not theme-related issue.
If, however, you don't want to use our theme anymore, we can only offer you to submit a refund requests through Envato Market.

Once you get to grips with how it works it's a really great Job Board theme. I suggest that you follow the implementation guidelines carefully, then the set up should be smooth.

To much Problems with Customizing the theme, its not working with a big Database and bad Support because not willing to help and no money back.

I'm really not happy with this theme. Be careful, the demo is super nice but once you bought the theme you will understand that you need to PAY a lots of add-ons, otherwise it's not working. And when I say a lots of add-ons I'm not kidding, like at least 10 for the theme work completely. So it's a lot a money. And you know what ? I bought the add ons application and resume manager and it's still NOT working. I opened a ticket now 5 DAYS ago and still 0 answer.

StaffScout is compatibile with WPJob Manager plugin that is free for commercial use, and we also added compatibility for some paid extensions that is stated on our theme page https://www.screencast.com/t/MqZJAqDNdCG
We are taking our business professionally, so of course we will not hide any additional costs, just, when it comes to paid plugins, it is usually not included. We as theme authors modified our code and design in order to work perfectly with these extensions and we show that in our demo site. We really hope you'll continue to use our theme, and if you need any further help, please, reach our support team at https://mikado.ticksy.com/ and include your site URL with wp-admin access. We couldn't locate any opened ticket by this username at the moment.
If you don't wanna use our theme without these extensions, you could also, submit refund request, that will be checked.

I had a few issues when uploading the theme, however, their customer support has managed to correct any issues I had.

You don't get all you see. Double check with the creator what exists and what doesn't before buying this or you may end up paying 40 more dollars. As some plugins which are included in the demo are not part of the actual package. You don't get the resume manager. You have to buy it separately for 40$. The apply job button on the listing page doesn't have an option for accepting candidates phone numbers and this was supposed to be a job board.

Hello,
When it comes to search engine optimization, this is something we couldn't affect in any way because it depends on the website content. We provide only well-coded and prepared template, so you need to adjust keywords and image alt tags yourself. If you want to do that easily, you should install Yoast SEO plugin that helps a lot. It's important to note that theme developers should provide clean and readable code as a foundation and everything else is up to user.
It's unclear why you think WP Job Manager is problematic plugin, since it works really fine with our theme and offers plenty of possibilities. We couldn't find any ticket of yours related to this topic.
What we could find are 2 tickets that were responded very well and even though customization goes beyond support loop we provide, our agent has helped you achieve some modifications. Please look at these #1663710 & #1665694
