When I try to enable auto-updates I get an error: “invalid data. The item does not exist”. Any ideas? [screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/2hsjfc54]

Actually I can add to the above – now the toggle link “Enable automatic updates” which usually appears on a Theme’s page when you click on it in the list of themes has now disappeared altogether.

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

With the 5.5 Wordpress update the drop down menu no longer works for this theme as well as the revolutionary slider plugin. Is theme still being updated?

Since the last major WP update, the Flexslider on my portfolio pages won’t display in the correct dimensions. I uploaded (4) 1000×553 images (same as on the Demo site) and it still displays only the first image at 1000×4000. The rest of the slides are blank.

The problem is the same regardless of the single page portfolio style I select (current set to Style 3).

Hi, will you be updating the Rev Slider plugin that comes with the Stardust theme? The old Rev Slider no longer works with PHP 7.2. Thanks!

I’m using Firefox v 65 on Mac OS Sierra. The gap is above the white menu bar. About an inch of the top of the slider image graphic shows first, then the menu below it.

My apologies, it is fixed. I had a toolbar on the browser activated. Once the toolbar was turned off then the gap went away. :)

We have tested our themes with WP 5.0 and everything is working fine. Gutenberg became the official WordPress editor from WordPress version 5.0. Just have one question, when selecting the MENU and LOGO to be CENTERED – it creates this blank white space between the menu and the slideshow…I cannot seem to remove this space! Can you advise what it can be?

We will provide updates of the plugins with the theme updates, as we are not allowed to share extended license key we had to purchase in order to include plugin with the theme. Your plugin is legal and ready to be used as soon as your install/activate the plugin upon theme installation. You can ignore the messages for further activation you’ve got in your admin area.

That is default WordPress functionality, and you can easily create multiple blog categories and sub categories and to assign your posts to these categories. In case that you were aiming at something else, please try to elaborate your question a bit.

Yes, future updates are supplied even after support period expires. Envato market is sending mail notification after each update, and every user can download purchased items at any time with the difference that after update, users will be downloading latest version.

Hi, I’m using the Stardust template and I am trying to implement a page with anchors that will be referred to from a different page (different links to different sections on this page, with a ‘Top’ link at the end of each section to take the user to the top of the page). No matter how I tried implementing this using the traditional html code (with and without offset using CSS), this simply does not work properly. The links jump to the wrong places, sometimes it reloads the page with no reason. In other times, it loads a different page (!!!), and in general this is not functioning. Working with anchors is a basic html function. How can I make it work in this template (in the default wordpress template, the very same code is working perfectly!)

a) disble AJAx in Qode->Global Options. Just set the Page Transition to “No Animation”: http://screencast.com/t/q0GNyqp5E

b) You can add anchors following way:

1. Build your page

2. Turn the type of the editor to Text: http://screencast.com/t/ykhYdNrgmx

3. On the beginning of each section add

We added id “first_section” as an example. Each section should have different id.

3. Set the menu: Go to Appearance->Menus and add link to the menu http://screencast.com/t/e9r5eNM7tk and define the links like this: http://screencast.com/t/Ml2lhllp

Sorry, been there, done that. Still not working properly. There is this strange offset (from the top of the page), which generate wrong positioning of the page when linking to such anchor (it is never exactly on spot, it is usually below, sometimes little below and sometimes way below the original place). Bottom line – it does not work as it should be, and it is a very basic HTML action!!!!!

Hi, I´ve problems loading pictures in the admin panel. If I want to choose a new picture like logo or parallax i can choose it but in the the line for the link it is nothing to see and the picture will not be loaded. Please help

Hi awesome them, just recently purchased your theme and its great. I think the simple question here is if I could get some help in setting up the the “home fullwidth 2” page of the demo site. Love the setup of that and I would simply like to mimic that. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as of now i am just not familiar with the settings and how to achieve that layout
