I have been using star hotel for a while now. But recently my developer has been unable to make edits to the homepage.

We are trying to make the Revolutionary Slider a little larger, as well as add a new image box to the homepage but we are unable to make edits from the backend of the wordpress theme.

I can send screenshots anytime. I really need to get this resolved asap.

I bought the theme a while ago and now, out of a sudden the reservation form stopped showing

- the datepicker and

- the number of the adults/children

Furthermore also all the parts underneath the reservation form on the main page are broken.

Pls tell me what I have to do. Do I have to buy some new licenses? I guess the reservation form is part of the plugin revolution slider, right?

PS: I also just bought a new license for WPBakery Page Builder

Can you tell me the reason? Do I need to update the revolution slider (to premium)? For me it is okay, if I have to pay a license for something. Just tell me what I have to do/buy in order that it works again.

Furthermore on the website also the part below the revolution slider is broken.

Please help me – my season is running and the website is completely broken

Good Afternoon, i purchased starhotel wordpress theme from you a few days ago and i have some questions: if i want to use the same theme for another website should i buy a licence or what? the second question is : the wenbakery page builder is perfect for building “pages” but is it possible also to use it in the “rooms” section to give extra info of a single room? i mean in the “rooms” pluging when i provide images or info about a single room there is a section where i can write my own code for each room if i want to but i want to use webpakery page builder instead.

Case – Hotel Booking Plug-in stop working. I am extremely sorry for the delayed response. The issue is caused by one of the plugins required by your theme: Meta Box, Redux, Starhotel plug-ins. These plugins can be deactivated only after switching to another theme. I have deactivated them and the checkout page started working again. Looks like there is some kind of conflict between one of those plugins and the Hotel Booking. I would recommend that you contact the theme author regarding this matter, as there is not much we can do on our end in this case.
