Very bad quality theme, very slow load times. It has a lot of annoying bugs, almost every feature not working as intended. I think it's the worst theme I have ever used...

Let's talk more about the speed, we believe it's due to the server, the site setting, and media... they are not related to the theme. Bugs might become out from another plugin too... amazing and perfectly fits with Learnpress
Just purchased this theme, and installed one demo then tried to install a different one, and the site is frozen. Installed a different theme, then removed this one and added it back, and the same thing is happening.
Visited the customer support website through ThimPress and it's terrible. I log in and then it tells me I'm not logged in to post a ticket, even after verifying my purchase code. I can see that someone had this issue two days ago.
Haven't even had the theme for 5 minutes and it seems likes a bust. Why!
