Hello, – how can i “reset” my purchase item code. i want to use the startit template on another domain (but registered it already), and when i try it says – already registered for another domain. could you please reset it ? my support is “expired” – but thats a “bad feature” if i have to renew support for “usage” of 1 License i paid already.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.

Shoot. I’m running a site with version 2.2 – how critical is it to update to 4.0? Can I just update it all the way up to 4.0 or must I do it in a certain order? Thanks.

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

As mentioned in article, we recommend creating a backup version of your website before updating the theme and also we recommend updating it via FTP.
