Thanks for writing in! We do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.
If you wish to import only certain pages you could always install the theme on your local installation and transfer the desired pages to your live domain.

The theme will work fine on the newest WordPress version, and we will add the compatibility in the change log, within our next theme update. As for the PHP, we haven’t added compatibility for PHP 8.2. yet, so you should be using version 8.0.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here.

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
You should then navigate to Select Options > General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file.

Hello I sent a ticket last year # 167717 with an issue related to image lightbox that not work as intended. I have two sites with Startit theme and I updated all to latest version, Startit theme v4.6, WP v6.1.1 and WP Bakery V6.9.0. That issue was never solved since from I sent the ticket. You have closed the ticket with this answer from Marko Petko: “I was able to reproduce that issue at my local and since our support solves mostly minor code changes or styling changes using CSS, I added it to our bug list”. But the problem still persist. Can I have a feedback please?

HI, great theme, Particles worked with element import, but after a clean database reinstall etc, particles does not work with WPBakery version imported.
