This theme is awesome! super easy to work with. I had a small issue I couldn't figure out, I reached out to the ThemeGoods team and they were able to solve it overnight! Super friendly and fast work.

I am not satisfied with this theme:
- The theme is not build with much of a though IMO. Some pages and widgets such as portfolio are not custom post types which is making the administration harder. In other hand that gives you more customizability which I cannot hide :)
- Most of the widgets and presets in the templates are not well build and hard to administrate. Inline elements are used a lot which brakes the responsive as soon as you change the content. I had to rebuild most of the elements.
- There has irritation layout shift after you remove the pre-loader
- Some elements are poorly optimized for mobile
- Theme was hard to customize
- Theme speed is poor
- Some native Elementor functionalities were not working properly (e.g. changing section background image position on mobile)
The support was even worse. One of the worst supports I've had. Quite big ego and not useful at all. To most of my issues he was replying that in future update he will fix them... I need them now not in 3 months lmao... And in the rare occasions he was giving me workarounds which I already knew instead of real theme fixes. The reply rate was slow.
I do not recommend these theme to anyone. I bought it since I was thinking I'll save time but It would've been quicker if I did my project totally from scratch.

We are sorry if theme didn't bring you expectation you want. We will try to reply to each of your points below.
- We build the portfolio contents to Elementor widget for the simplicity reason as you can use you can just create a page using Elementor and add portfolio widget and it works. No more adding multiple portfolio post types and also when you change the theme. The content is still there within Elementor. But we will add it to a custom post type if there are many customer requests but so far, very few request for this option.
- It's because you are using Elementor's section stretch option. This is not an issue or theme issue. It's default behavior when Elementor try to expand section using stretch section option. There is a workaround if you don't want to remove this behavior. You have to change page template to "Elementor Fullwidth".

- Our theme is fully customized using Elementor and use the same UI of Elementor which you can always download and try it for free.

Your website is loading within 3 seconds which is quite reasonable and the 2 main improvements you can make according to gtmetrix.com is the amount of your contents on the page which is quite large and use CDN to store all asset files.
So according to gtmetrix.com these points are not related to the theme. But it's related to your contents length and the use of CDN. Also your website is loading within 3 seconds which I wouldn't consider "slow" website.
- This is also not true. When you set background image option to any Elementor's widgets. It's using default Elementor background control so it will works as it's default Elementor functionality.

Does not perform as stated. Page speed even using a cdn is 53% and the schema is all over the place.

We checked our support tickets, email and you haven't contact us for the issue you have in anyway so we don't know what is cause your issue and we are sure if you contact us we can help you solve that.
Normally the speed of your website loading depends on various factors including content & images optimisation, cache plugin setting, your server performance etc.

We are using cache plugins as well as image optimisation for our demo sites which work pretty fast so we recommend you to try them out to see if it improve your website loading speed.

Significant issue on iOS on almost all of this developer’s themes. The scrolling on iOS browsers be it Safari or Chrome is not smooth. Scrolling is choppy and often freezes.
Lazy loading is also extremely slow and users can scroll by an entire section of the page before it even loads.
Many alternative themes are available for the same price. I recommend that you test the theme’s demo for yourself on iOS browsers as the developer’s own demo also has the same scrolling and lazy loading issue. Just to be clear, it is definitely not an installation issue on our end or anything like that. Customer support is mediocre and pretty slow as well.

We couldn't produce the issue you mentioned, however we will continue to find ways to optimise our themes to work smoothly across all devices as you mentioned.
There are many reasons which might cause cause slow website loading including server speed and resources, internet connection and image optimisation. We are using the best practice in the industry in terms of code and speed optimisation. But we will try to improve it via future theme update.

According to our support policy, we promised 24 hours guarantee response time on weekday. It's quite reasonable for us. But we will try to reduce the response we committed to our customers.

ThemeGoods has awesome customer support! They are so so so helpful and I cannot tell you how much a difference that made. Specifically Kor from ThemeGoods was an absolute hero during the website building process. He always responded within 24 hours and was extremely helpful and patient.
This theme is also highly customizable and pairs well with Elementor. By using this theme and Elementor Pro together you really can do almost anything you want.

I really like this design, it look great and function quite well in both desktop and mobile. It would be great If the author could make all the slider to be responsive with hand scroll in mobile.
