I would like a full refund as this theme isn’t fit for purpose. There are many bugs and many plugins that do not work with this feature.

do you have any documentation on how to use this theme? the menus i want to change and its not working properly.

Yesterday I am assigned to one job to install this theme on buyers website with demo data.

In demo data folder you just provided startuper.wordpress.2016-07-25.xml nothing else is provided.

I imported this file and selected home page from Settings->Reading section.

But nothing gets displayed on home page.

Then I tried to add everything manually but background image is not getting applied to home page slider.

When I go to Apperance => Theme Options => Utility There is one option to import the settings but nothing gets imported. This is what it says

Demo settings will import “theme options”, “widgets”, “revolution slider” and “visual composer templates”

Revolution Slider is provided with this theme? As I can’t find that inside the theme package..

Hi, I bought your Startup theme – Startup Landing Page, I installed but it was not like the demo because?

I have the exact same problem as wkirkham.

I want the page to look exactly like the One-Page Demo and modify it form that point on.

I configurate it on localhost, so wp admin details wont work.

I am also trying to upload it quickly, so I would appreciate any help

The theme does not look anything like the demo, the items are listed on the page without the formatting etc. etc…

How can I make this Theme look exactly like the Demo, so I can just modify it from that point.

Hi, Im having issues to use the Subscribe option on the Pre-Lauch page.

The button is showing up on the page but theres no form when I click on the button. Its a short link to #. I have a Mailchimp form ready in my plugins and my information in the Contact Form Settings. I believe it should use MailChimp but I dont see where to plug the 2 together.

Must I use MailChimp in order to get the leads generated from those contact forms on the home page or can I receive those via normal email like any other webform?
