Why is Visual composer only showing in the back end editor for pages and not posts?

If you wish to edit the Posts with WPBakery please navigate to WPBakery > RoleManager and set your Post types to Custom, then select Posts and Save. This will allow you to edit the posts with the page builder as well.

I have found an error. With the themes ‘SELECT Shop’ in WPbakery elements when using the ‘product list elegant’, the ‘display category’ yes or no option doesn’t hide the category from showing. It stays there no matter what when the “Product Info Position” is in all three options

Hi, the theme get actualiced but now the purchase code is not working. This is the first time i have a problem with the them, its said i have to deregister to use the purchase code on a different installation but the only thing that hapen was the theme actualitation. Thanks for the help.

Where can I find the details of every version update? They used to be listed at the bottom of the theme description, but they are gone now.

Hi there can I have multipule licences for this theme. It is excellent! I have a question. Is it possible to edit the header files to enable the side area for mobile while using the vertical header for desktop. I have added the button to my header but cant get it to load the side area script . please help

You can update WordPress to the latest version. The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in latest theme update so theme should work correctly on latest version of WordPress.

Hi, I just bought the theme and installed it, and got errors: No standard kit, problems loading elementor, revoution slider didn´t imported… Is not the first time i buy this theme. I write you to help desk but without answer.

I deactivate Qi Addons For Elementor and Elementor works, but without this plugin many options didn´t work… this is not serious… this theme has a price higher than the rest… please check it asap.

Qi Addons For Elementor is a free plugin and it is not required to be used with the theme so you can deactivate it if you don’t wish to use it. This plugin shouldn’t effect theme options in any way.

If you imported demo content and the sliders are missing, please note that they need to be imported separately. See one-click import → Bonus tips.

The theme is compatible with Qi Addons For Elementor, however it is necessary to use Elementor as page builder to use Qi Addons For Elementor widgets. This is a free plugin and it is not required to be used with the theme so you can deactivate it if you don’t wish to use it.

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve also updated Stockholm Core plugin to the latest version. Also, please note that theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server so please make sure that your purchase code is registered.

There is a security issue with layer slider, but the most actual version is 7.0.5? Please update the theme and the plugins ASAP. Plus: How do I de-register a theme? Via Support?? Input: Please write directly in the backend where you can de-register the theme!

If you still have theme installed you can deregister it in Stockholm Dashboard (please see screenshot). If you’ve perhaps deleted the theme or domain where it was installed you can deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.

You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you with deregistration.

Guys, you really need to update the theme for the latest version of wordpress. A lot of people has paid alot of money for this theme and it has not been updated for 8 months. At this point new customers must be upset? When can we expect a new version?

I bought the Stockholme theme 5 days ago. However, on the wordpress site the following extensions require a license : - wpbakery - slider revolution - layer slider

I deleted and reinstalled the plugins based on the videos on Youtube, but unfortunately they still don’t work. I have emailed helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com but no reply for 4 days.
