Contact Me Form Not Working: I purchased the Story theme last year and installed it in my WordPress website. Recently I noticed that the Contact Me form is not working. I believe I have all the settings correct and the email address that responses are sent to is an active email account. It was working initially but now is not. Looking for some help to correct this.

Demo import does not show mini demo imports. Very frustrated. Can this be fixed?

How do I report a bug? I can’t justify buying support for a minor issue like this.

I just downloaded the .zip file and opened up the demo_export folder — it DOES NOT contain any mini-demo files.

I see that the latest software version of this theme is ‘Wordpress 4.8.x’ and I have recently installed Wordpress 4.9. Is this theme compatible with Wordpress 4.9? Thank you.

Is there a page builder like Visual Composer as part of the theme?

We don’t have any page builder plugins included, but our theme plays nice with most of them, so if you have a copy of Visual Composer, Beaver Builder and others you can use them.

We were having some issues with our hosting provider but it’s all working fine now.

As for your question, we don’t have any place in particular for you to add it. You can add it using a widget or even the google analytics integration field, depending on your requirements.

Seems like the theme calls iframe_api in the footer, at least on the home page. How do I disable that to comply with gdpr?

Hi there, my support has expired and I can’t seem to access the Support page. So I’ll ask here I guess. The font that is on my site (default) is Sans Serif, but when I look at my site on any mobile browser, it’s a Serif font. I’d prefer it was the default Sans serif. How can I fix this? Thank you!

Hello! Great theme. One question: it’s any possibility to customize this theme? Example: I need to transform the slides (Homepage) in videos at click. So, the picture in slides remains as it, but when click I want a lightbox with vimeo or youtube player. You can make this, ofcourse payed? Thanks!

We don’t have this option out of the box, unfortunately, but you can achieve this with a bit of JS code. We can suggest you a solution (using our library, PrettyPhoto) via support if you want.

Once you buy our theme you’ll get access to support and we can help you there. If you need further customization you can hire a developer to do that for you as well. We have no recommendations, but any good developer should be able to customize our products.

Good Afternoon,

I was wondering if you could advise before I renew the support agreement. I’ve been using the Story Theme and love it, I’d like to however add a full screen video to the content slider. I saw the Youtube video option but does not quite work. Would it be possible to get this to work? I did notice this comment a few years ago.

Basically you can add YouTube and Vimeo videios as URL to the content of the slide, however they won’t be displayed as background videos – they will be as large as the content area, here is an example of how it will look like. Otherwise, the fullscreen background videos are HTML5 videos and they require using mp4, webm and ogg formats.”

Our reply is still the same. Maybe we can even change the video size, but adding content on top of it isn’t possible, unfortunately. For that we recommend a slider plugin such as FlexSlider or SliderRevolution.

Hello, I’ve purchased this theme twice and am using it on two different sites. My question is in regards to the current recaptcha update. I’ve tried multiple times and with multiple different keys from Google’s recaptcha to update from v1 to v2. Every time I input a new v2 recaptcha code, the same v1 error shows up. Is this a known error, or are the keys not updating from the front end of the site to the back possibly? I’ve tried multiple new v2 codes and the same result happens.
