Hello- I have purchased the Stratus template from Themeforest. My support has expired however my website is down because the template is not up to date. You just need to have the theme activated (API key or purchase code) to use the Library.

Hi, the live demo is not currently an accurate picture of the performance. We are reconfiguring some hosting settings, we have some additional tracking codes in place, and caching is currently disabled while we reconfigure.

If there is a source you are using, then you can certainly add in an embed code and insert that into a page. If the source doesn’t provide an embed code, then you can use an iframe embed.

Just an FYI. I noticed today that when “High-resolution/Retina Image Support” is enabled in Theme Options > Misc and a site uses SVG images, the site is attempting to load @2x SVG files, which generates errors in the browser inspector due to the files not existing. As that isn’t required for SVG, I’ve simply disabled the feature.

I tested theme on my staging site. BUT, now when I am trying to activate this theme on my real production website, it is throwing me following error -
The provided purchase code has already been used for activating the Stratus theme on another site.
I disconnected activation from my staging site, nothing happened. Even, deleted my staging site, still, it keeps saying the same error. I am blocked. I have NOT seen such an experience with other purchased themes. Kindly, check and FIX my purchase code. I want to use the THEME I PAID FOR.
Hi, sorry to hear that an issue has come up. If you go on your staging site you should see a button you can click to Deactivate the license so that you can move the activation to a different URL: https://cln.sh/SGgOOO
