It's a great site, i've had it since 2011 and it has been reliable. Having said this, if you do need support, the support itself is not an issue as the author is helpful as I've needed help once.

Great theme which we have used for yrs. Everything always works - plugins, scripts, etc. Think it has been 9 yrs now and never let us down and it always seems to be updating. Our site is superfast, and they respond promptly on the forum to any questions I have had. I like the fact I am not having to switch to a new theme every so often which happened to me in the past with 2 other themes which are now extinct. Thanks Striking people!

I love this theme. I love the super fast and great support and i love the easy internal update mechanism. There are not much themes that have this buildin update ability. But this theme has had it since day one. I am using this theme now for years and never had a single problem. Can’t wait to see the next update where new abilties have been added. It is worth every penny spend. Anybody stating something different does not value all the work put in this theme and the team behind striking multiflex supporting all their users.

Amazing people and an amazing product!

I'm not the best at this kind of stuff. My website was old and outdated, and it needed some help. James was a great man to deal with, he helped through the entire process going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of completely. The site now works flawlessly, it's updated and working exactly the way it should be, and it's poised to be everything I need and want it to be in the future.

I bought the Striking Multiflex theme a few years ago – back in early 2013. At that time that I was looking for a WordPress theme that was able to provide a cleaner and creative look – keeping in mind the future and also be flexible.

We researched and tried out many themes and then selected Striking Multiflex because of the high-quality support that was available through their online forum. The forum gave the impression that the developers were very pro-active in solving issues & providing clarifications.

When I made the purchase, I was not disappointed. Not only was the theme very good in quality, but it was flexible too, and I was able to fulfil my creative aspirations. Yet what really made the difference then was that the support was even better than what I thought it would be.

Countless small queries or explanations on the functions of the many options of the theme were explained to me very patiently. I was an enthusiast who was just dipping their fingers into the online world and was I glad that they were there to help. I always got quick replies. They've had a very helping attitude and often go out of their way to help solve problems.

Because the experience with Striking Multiflex was so great, I had an opportunity to switch to the big brother of Striking (WP Champion). The switch was seamless and really easy. The features in WP Champion are more advanced.

Like with Striking Multiflex, the support with Champion continues to be extremely top-notch. New upgrades are pushed out quite regularly and judging by the release notes to the build anyone can see that a lot of effort has been put into making sure things work well. With time I have developed a great relationship with the Kaptinlin Team, and I am glad to have found them. I am so grateful for all your help and your effort Team Kaptinlin - Keep up the great work!

It is difficult to choose which of the main ratings is the best to highlight. I settled on Flexibility as my experience is that Striking MultiFlex works with everything I have thrown at it. It never has bugs or crashes, the customer support is beyond words in quality, and the code quality is impeccable - never any errors when I turn on debug and it loads extremely fast.

I have two sites and one uses Striking, and the other I have upgraded to their WP Champion Professional Theme. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Striking Developers.

The theme is really functional. Used it for over 5 years until I switch to their Champion theme. Never had problems with the themes and the customer service is more than top-notch. Ive been using this company for 8 years now and I'm really really happy.
