WP Version is not updated and documentation is awful

Support has not contacted me back in weeks. Iv'e had 2 questions and I've had zero responses. I am pretty certain it said 6 months of support when I purchased this and my questions are pretty simple.

Quick and efficient help!
The theme is well done and clean code. For those that do not want to see under the hood, you can deploy it from the WP admin quite easily.
But my five star goes for the excellent support the author provided.
Beautiful template and excellent assistance.
There is no free installation, it is a deception that writes in the presentation of the theme. He writes only to attract buyers, the information is not real. He's the first seller I never recommend.

when i install the theme , it tell me no style.css found. and install failed, its wordpress5.0.3 version.

The theme is quite good, but the authors never update it, which becomes quite annoying when you are forced to leave premium plug-ins unupdated for months (most Wordpress attacks happen because the site owners don't update their plug-ins).
A more comprehensive documentation of all the artistic tricks available would be much appreciated, as having a dummy website showcasing those.
