One of the templates is not working as it should in modern Browsers (on phones). Several comprehensible bugs. So I ask the support with the specific failure descriptions.
After one first mail from the support no answers anymore. I'm waiting now more than a month for support or a new fixed version.

Don't choose this template if you're looking for everything to be available in the Bootstrap 4 version. Many of the ones in the demo are not available in 4, even though it claims to be. Customer support is nonexistent.

The new Bootstrap 5 version has all the missing files including Teacher and courses pages.
