You can modify this text in header.php file in English language directory path ’/catalog/language/en-gb/common/’

You have to copy that text from English language header.php file to Arabic language header.php file and translate. You can find and replace theme pink color with your color in stylesheet CSS file.

Edit Category Product tab module from admin panel and save category form so, this problem will solve. I think you have deleted category from admin panel which you have selected for this module.
