It seems you are accusing us wrongly about the timing of our support. Please check your tickets all of your ticket reply been given and seems you haven't even seen the reply to the most of your tickets. You have view the details to see the reply and get to know if the ticket is replied. Thank you

Hi,
The theme's almost all the contents are created using the basic Elementor editor. This ensures that users have complete control over modifying their site, regardless of their skill level. To use this theme, you need to have a basic understanding of the Elementor page builder. Additionally, email configuration is required to ensure that emails are sent to the admin. The email functionality relies on the server, not the theme itself. I hope this is clear to you.
