Hi there. Love this theme.
For some reason, my mobile menu on my one-page website has disappeared. The menu on my laptop is fine, not my phone. When I switch the menu to “off canvas” for all… still not there. Just to clarify… the menu is there, there is just ZERO TEXT OR MENU LINKS. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hey, me again… The same questions as placed for SPECTACLE… The thing is I am working on a DOC FILM about a famous musician, and therefore, the main focus of the website is the FILM, although I would like to add an ARTIST section with his discography, playlists and such… Is there any plugins you have for SPECTACLE that I can add to SUPERFLICK? Hello, I did it because there was not SUPERFILCK category at the moment I’ve submitted a ticket.
It is a pity your lack of proper support not even reading the ticket properly and accusing that my review was UNFAIRLY POOR…First of all, It was not unfairly. It is the truth.
Second, I NEVER gave you this credentials ‘WEB’ as user to Siteground. I gave you my ADMIN credentials in WP which is not that the user. IF you had asked for HOSTING CREDENTIALS I would give you properly, BUT YOU DO NOT NEED HOSTING ACCESS to deal with BUGS IN YOUR THEME. as per your colleague answered that I cannot change the settings of the VIDEO plugin because I would not have ADMIN privileges. Why don’t you instead of asking for apologies, do not read properly the ticket?
Mr. HUNG writes that ” strive to provide excellent service to our customers” and not even try to fix the issues, going straight to ‘ask for refund and change rating’ As per all other tickets I read, your main concern is RATING, even tough, you properly help unexperienced users, for their demands are really basic. Shame on you!

Since last update, I cannot replace photos or add photos on rows on a page with wpbakery page builder. When clicking X to discard a photo, nothing happens.

Is it a common issue for fullscreen video on the main page to show a black screen on certain resolutions? On a 4K display it loads OK but on laptop screens it shows a black screen. If scroll down on next page and then up, it works well. Thank you.

There is no known issue about this, be sure that the theme and all plugins are up-to-date. Videos should be displayed on all screens. Please upload a image fallback for your video and see if it is displayed.
I recommend using self hosted video for video backgrounds.
In previous versions of the theme, videos was not shown on mobile and replaced but the fallback image, but now it should be displayed.

Hi, my site was working fine and suddenly the Wolf WPBakery Page Builder Extension stopped working. I get this message after putting my license: “Something went wrong. It way be due to a temporary Envato API outage. Please try again in a few minutes.”. I’ve already tried several times during the day. I updated the theme, wp bakery and the extension version just in case and the same issues is still happening.

You must activate the page builder extension using your theme purchase code in the Appearance > About the theme > license tab.
If it doesn’t work normaly, it is usually due to a server security settings.
Your website needs to be able to remotely access the https://api.wolfthemes.com domain to check the validity of your purchase code.
A few users have reported that for security reasons, some hoster may have restricted their server to communicate with external domains.
Please ask your hosting service provider to whitelist the https://api.wolfthemes.com domain so your purchase can be verified.

Great theme, many possibilities for customization and easy to use. But since the updates (Wordpress 5.9, WP Bakery 6.8, Superflick 1.7.5) we have a bug in our Row settings / Style / Background Image + color : we can not rearrange images order by drag and drop anymore. We hope for a quick update to correct that !
