I have no way to access the ticket as i was never prompted to create an account, only sumbit a ticket. When I try and log in it says there is an account created and when I try to select the forgot my password option, i haven’t received a password reset link/token and have tried this multiple time/checked my junk emails.

Please edit the file: lang\en.json, search block: vertical}.
In this block, you can add more categories as “menu_cat_n0”: {block}.
It includes “menu_cat_0” to “menu_cat_12” already.

Hey there. I’m mentioning an ERROR TR-300 returned by BigCommerce when installing your theme. TR-300 says “Invalid .zip file. (Among other possible root causes, this can indicate an included bundle.js.map source-map file that exceeds its size limit of 5 MB. As a workaround, move this file outside your theme directory before re-running stencil bundle).”. https://developer.bigcommerce.com/stencil-docs/deploying-a-theme/troubleshooting-theme-uploads?_ga=2.179044900.1469169088.1585963167-2082991233.1585963167. I contacted BigCommerce and they said I should contact the author to resolve this issue.
