Hi, The theme is version 4. I tried to update the PHP to 8 and it crashed the site. When I stepped it back to 7.4, it all came back up.

Hi – I’ve been using SuperOwly for years with no issue outside of this team members glitch. Is there any documentation around the team members feature? It can no longer be found in the menu and all of the links that led to bios are leading to a 404 page. I need to swap out a few members and edit the bios.

Hi, I am helping a client with their site and it uses this theme. How can I remove the link in the Team Members section? They have a page which lists two Team Members but I don’t want it to link to the full page about that team member. Can’t see any option to disable a link, it’s there by default?

Hi there, the previous designer had the purchase code and I can’t see how to locate it within the files so therefore I cannot submit a form. They no longer have contact with him which is why I have taken over the site. I also need to change the colour of the loading stripe that flashes across the top of the page once the page loads. Hello—I can’t update WPBakery through the “Install Plugins” link under Appearance. When I click it I get “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?” I don’t see WPBakery bundled with the theme files. How do I update?

There seems to be a problem with the testimonials on the home page. They show up on first load but if you hit F5 to refresh the are not initiated and they fail to appear. I suspect there may be a javascript issue with async loading or something similar. Perhaps delaying the init code a bit longer could work?

Try loading your own demo first home page and then push F5 and check the testimonials. They dont appear (because display:none is set until the owl carousel is initialised).

Got 6 windows 10 computers here and they all do it. Its random so it does work sometimes, but if you roll down to the testimonials on the main demo page and press F5 a few times (without the cache disabled, like a normal user), I’m sure you’ll get the same result. This normally means its a caching issue with some JS files being cached and some not and they don’t load in the same order every time. Its doing it on YOUR MAIN DEMO homepage here on Themeforest, so you don’t need anything from me. JUST TRY IT!

There isn’t much in the documentation about updating, do I just copy all the new files over the old files in the theme folder?
