You’d need to edit the template to do this. You can either use CSS to hide the content or use a child theme to modify the markup.
I am using a the child theme of support desk.
Can you tell me what .css code do I need to remove or alter to delete the:
entries on both posts and knowledge base articles

We are trying to create a custom menu from our categories, but wordpress menu section detects only regular “article categories” and do not let us choose “knowledge base categories”.
Links are the only way to achieve this? It’s possible to create custom menus from “knowledge base” categories?

Sorry to trouble you but I am having a bit of difficulty understanding something in the theme.
On your demo website, when you go to a knowledge base post it has the categories on the right in a grey box. I don’t seem to be able to figure out how to add this, could you help?
Also if I add the widgets to the Knowledge Base Sidebar such as Knowledge Base Articles and Categories it doesn’t look like you demo page.

Found a strange bug.
I have added the categories to the KB sidebar. Some of my categories have ( ) in, such as “Firewall (Windows)”
However on the live page it cuts off the last ) bracket and the html shows:
<a href="http://example.com/section/firewall-windows/" title="View all posts filed under Firewall (Windows</span>">Firewall (Windows</a>
The only way to fix this is to use the ascii code for the brackets in the category names, then it is interpreted correctly.

Question is how do you “suggest” to deploy with main language being german, while needing to support (20-30 percent of the time) Italian and French?
For example, my assumption is that the Wordpress app is being used in German language for Employees (internal), while they respectively respond in the appropriate language of the questions asked. Thus Ask in italian and get answer in italian, correct? If so this suggests SEO value is in the respective language (italian) correct?
Is there anything else that one might want to think about?
For a true multilingual site you need to look at plugins such as WPML: http://wpml.org/ to get the full benefits you’re looking for. By default WordPress doesn’t support multiple languages on the same site.

I have a couple of pre-sales questions:
1. I didn’t notice a way for users to rate the knowledge articles with a thumbs up/down or stars. Does this theme have that as an option or should I consider using a plugin like PollDaddy?
2. From other comments here, it sounds like if you have a multisite setup, you could create a site like support.mydomain.com and all users of mydomain.com could use their same account for support.mydomain.com. Is this correct?
3. Can regular bbPress plugins be used to enhance the functionality of the forums?
1. The theme doesn’t have this functionality built in so you’d need to use a plugin.

For this theme, is the customer able to create a “Request or Support” and the admin can respond to that specific request w/o making it public for everyone else to see? I am very interested in this.

You might want to look into a plugin for BBPress that would do this. I don’t believe it’s a feature of the BBPress out of the box.
I understand this is a wordpress theme with some custom plugins. It is very impressive work, however I am wondering if I can expand by adding other wp plugins.
Based on your previous answers I am in doubt. For example I understand it does not come with a ticket system, so can I install a plugin for it and will it fill well with the site? Or any other “well-coded” plugin available for wordpress to expand it?
You shouldn’t have any issue running any well-coded plugin with this theme. If it fits well with the site depends on the default styling of the plugin.
How are the Knowledgebase entries created and grouped?
Is there a CPT for them? DO you group them by Categories?
