Great theme! Pre-sales question though…occasionally users might need to print out KB or FAQs. I noticed when I did a print preview of your demo in FireFox that I loose the text & formatting. Is there a way that we can be sure that folks can print the articles/pages/posts they need? Thanks in advanced & keep up the great work!

I am using the theme with the child theme…. how/where do I insert the favicon so that it displays on the browser tab?

I’m trying to change the search results by adding and editing the search.php template in my child theme, but when I add the file to my child theme directory, without editing it, the site just crashes. Any idea? I don’t want to edit your original theme files.
I have used several themes, as well as developed my own, earlier. I have never had this problem with child themes before.

Really kewl looking theme you have here! I’m wondering if you have integrated WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subcritbions and WPML to work with the theme yet?
The theme doesn’t have native support for WooCommerce (although the plugin works with most themes out of the box) and is WPML compatible.
Can each article contain downloadable pdf’s?
I need to attach downloadable manuals for each product I support, if you get my meaning.
Unfortunately this isn’t a feature of this theme. But our latest product HelpGuru has this feature, so you might want to take a look at that
thx for reply Chris. Thats interesting. Just playing around with a vanilla WP theme I can add pdf attachments to pages via the add media function. Surely the knowledgebase pages are just “pages” right? So I should be able to upload attachments. I looked at your other theme, but it’s not really what im after.
.can i test the pdf upload somehow before purchasing?

For hiding the forum behind a login, you can need to use an extra plugin for that.

I am having issues showing menus 3 levels deep, I can create a category with a sub-menu but when I create a sub-menu of that sub-menu, it doesn’t show. Surely In a knowledge base there wouldn’t be a limit to levels of content or at least have more then 3 levels. How do I go about turning this on/activating this?
I think I found the problem. The 3rd level category has it’s own subcategory with multiple pages and it seems a category/sub-category needs to have at least one article in it to show. The 3rd sub category doesn’t have any pages, only sub-categories with their own pages.
Is there a way or could you please add it to your next update that for the sub-category to show, it needs to have either a page or a sub-category in it and that would fix this problem
