Is this theme compatible with this plugin? – https://github.com/syamilmj/Aqua-Verifier
I tried to install the plugin but can’t make it work.
While we make every effort to ensure our products are compatible with the widest range of plugins, we are unable to provide any assurance or support for third party plugins unless they are listed on the sales page as a compatible plugin.
When I’m trying to include shortcodes it shows it – [toggle title=”Hey click me”]This should appear magically[/toggle]
But doesn’t show it properly in live demo.
how to fix?
Could you submit a support request via http://herothemes.com/support/ so we can take a look for you to see what’s going wrong for you?
Is the theme compatible with any builder? For example visual composer or origin builder?
Also does it require any 3rd party plugins to work?
Thanks for the message. We haven’t tested any page builder plugins so couldn’t vouch for the compatbility unfortunately.
This theme doesn’t require any 3rd party plugins to function.
Hope that helps, if you need anything else don’t heistate to contact us here: https://herothemes.com/contact/

Hello, how to sort the categories of knowledge base by date?
Thanks for you message. I believe I already answered your support request via email. Could you check to see if you got our reply? (Perhaps check your spam just in case).
Really well designed theme. Love the look and feel. Articles are very clear and easy to ready.
All it is missing is a setting or a widget to be able to have the knowledgebase appear on the homepage (right below the homepage blocks).
I prefer knowledge articles to be visible immediately from the homepage as some users prefer to browse than search. One less click for the user.
Is there a way I can customise the theme to achieve this?
Thanks for your message. There’s not built-in feature to acheive this so you’d need to customize the theme as you say. Unfortunately this isn’t something we can directly help with.
I’ve made a note for the dev team to investigate this feature for the future.
If you need anything else don’t hesitate to contact us via https://herothemes.com/support/
I would like to capture feedback for the articles on how useful people find them. For example:
Was this article useful?
Do you know of any other customers who are doing this? If so what plugins are they using?
Thanks for your message. I’m not aware of any plugin that would ad this functionality. However we do have 2 other themes that have this feautre: HelpGuru and KnowAll.
Hope that helps, if you need anything else don’t hesitate to get in contact with our team: https://herothemes.com/support/

Is it possible to list categories manually instead of Alphabetically? like https://support.askforhost.com/knowledgebase/ it shows alphabetically but want to list them manually, is there a way to do so?
Thanks for your message. Unfortunately custom sorting the knowledge base categories is not a feature of the theme.

Hi, I have a problem with the submenu. I would like to handle it with the sub-menu of the plugin but the theme does not allow me to expand the submenu and the images are seen under one another. It’s not a plugin setting, I’ve already asked them ..
Can you help me? Thanks so much
Pre-purchase question can you set the hope page as the knowledge base and can you edit that page so you have the search the links to forum etc, then widget area and then can I put what I like under that by editing the page?
Thanks for your message. We’ve got your support ticket so one of the team will get back to you soon.

That’s from 2016. In the sidebar here it says: latest update: 17 March 17 . There are some deprecated code for bbpress so I thought there was an update
The update on 17 March was improvements to the package (Demo XML/Documentation etc).
If you’ve found a bug we’re more than happy to take a look: https://herothemes.com/support/
All the best,
You can turn on Wp-debug and check all deprecated functions.

I have installed your theme on last Wordpress Version ( 4.8)
I have installed just your theme on new installation of wordpress, no plugins are installed.

Hi, Is there a way to replace the “Knowledge Base search” bar on the home page with the “Forum search” bar? Thanks!
Thanks for your message. Unfortunately it’s not a feature of the theme. If you need anything else don’t hesitate to submit a support request via https://herothemes.com/support/
Is it possible to add PDF files so it can be accessed by users, a publication kind of thing? Thanks
Thanks for your message. Unfortunately SupportDesk doesn’t support adding attachments to articles.
Let me know if you have any other questions I can help you with.
Hi can this theme be used to create a community where people can ask questions and get answered by other people other than the Admins?
Thanks for your message. Yes this is possible with the bbPress plugin integration. You can read more about bbPress here: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/bbpress/
I have existing WP site with e-commerce. I guess if I can install your theme in another subdomains, and then allow single sign-on, so that user logged on my site are logged-in in the second. Maybe with WP multisite?
Thanks for your message. I believe WordPress Multi-site could work for this sort of setup yes as it allows one login profile on the entire network.
Thanks. Why SupportDesk have forum, but KnowAll that it’s more expensive don’t have a forum?
Which is difference between this and HelpGuru? Only style is different?
You can view a comparison of our themes here: https://herothemes.com/support/knowledge-base/difference-between-knowledge-base-themes/
Hope that helps,
Yes I checked the comparison. But it don’t answer my question since you don’t mention on that comparison table that SupportDesk and HelpGuru have forums, while KnowAll don’t have forums.
Please tell me also: ”
Which is difference between SupportDesk and HelpGuru? Only style is different?
” Comparison table said “Shortcodes Included” that have more.
We’ve chosen not to include native bbPress styling in KnowAll. The differences between SupportDesk and HelpGuru are that HelpGuru has these features over what SupportDesk has:
Thanks. I understand. I suppose you missed also “shortcode included” or that have both? I will go with HelpGuru as forum it’s required in my case. But I would get KnowAll if you have support also for bbpress… As I like a bit more the design.
HelpGuru doesn’t include shortcodes, that’s correct.
Thanks.. Last question. Did you plan add support in KnowAll for bbpress? As I don’t need now forum, but in near future yes.
We don’t have any immediate plans to add bbPress support in KnowAll.
I got it. Thanks
Hi! A pre-sales question: can I build with your plugin my own help desk services for companies, who want to offer a help desk service for their customers? Even with additional plugins? Thanks!
Thanks for your message. Just to clarify, this is a theme, not a plugin. I would recommend contacting Envato to ensure that you’re able to do what you intend under the license provided.
Presale question, can you charge customers for getting support??
Thanks for your message. Unfortunately it isn’t a feature of the theme.
Let me know if I can help you with any other questions.
