This is a great ecommerce theme and suites the needs of my store with all the features and layout options. The ONLY downside (as is with most themes) is that there is no dark theme or inverted theme version of it without getting your hands dirty with your own CSS.

I have used several Wordpress themes. Suprema is one of the best I have had to integrate. Customer support is very responsive and helpful.
I have recently some bugs on my site. You have to add new compatibilities to woocommerce 4.5.x and php 7

Not works with new woocommerce. Template is crashing a lot of times. Also search in navigation does not works and many other features...

The support to this theme is impeccable. I just wish they would get back sooner than 48 hours, but I guess they are working to resolve those issues. Great product and support has been good.
The Wordpress Theme ever!
This is a good theme, and support team is very responsive, but there is a lot that you have to customize by CSS. So unless you know your way around adding code to get the looks and actions you want, keep looking at other themes.
For being a theme built for woocommerce and having an ecommerce shop, there are very few options built in for actually customizing the shop look without having to use CSS. Can't even change the 'add to cart' button color without using CSS to do it. Please work on this guys.
