Please allow us to explain paid support that Envato introduced is not controlled by us. We, as theme authors need to work according to their rules. We located your ticket on our support forum and as we could see your support expired almost one year ago.
So, when it happens that someone who tried to submit a ticket on ticksy and support is expired, ticksy system is informing you about the status of your support.
If there is any issue on your installation with our theme, we will gladly check this of course, just reach us via email email@example.com
Additionally, since you've mentioned bugs and not clear documentation, please, note in terms of ‘bugs’, there is a difference between what constitutes an actual software bug and not knowing/understanding how certain theme options work, allow us to explain. Suprema is not buggy theme and we will investigate the issues you are facing.
