Very poor customer service.

"Currently, we don't have solution for your problem."

"I'm so sorry. Our company policy doesnt support customers directly, hope you understand."

These are ArrowHiTech's customer support team's responses to us when we contacted them about an issue with the Supro theme.

Why would any company purchase their products if they are not willing to provide support.

We have lost more than 10k so far but the lost time is even worse. They are not Magento expterts, they should provide solutions to problems not more problems.
We relied on them for a migration from M1 to M2 with supro theme and a refitting of our old Magento site on March.
They said they would be done in 5/6 weeks from mid-March. We are at the end of September and they have abandoned the project saying that it is completed. Not correct obviously. We are very disappointed about it, unfortunately we are far from a solution.
They also do not want to assist the new agency we have designated to solve the problems they have created.
Don't rely on their services if you don't want to waste time and money.
