Every time I try to customize or add a picture, it freezes and doesn't add it right, just half of the picture and it doesn't even load properly

Document outdated, hard to get in touch with author, on-site explanation limited. The only pro is the affordable price that makes it a good start of learning different themes.

Poor documentation and very limited support. I liked the look of this theme, it is very appealing visually.
But the CSS is not great, loads of bugs that you need to contact the support team for. For example, the filter view is broken and doesnt always work, the slideshow header shows an arrow to swipe left and right - even though there is only one image. The slideshow timers don't work properly etc.
And the support team are not super responsive. I sent them loads of messages and they only respond if I spam them with messages on skype every few days.
We bought this theme for our web store, but we ended up paying another $59 to get a better theme that has so much more functionality. You're better off paying a little more for a better theme that is like $29.

Excellent template, very fluid and fast. Minimalist design that is captivating and easy to implement. The support is also super fast and available and he immediately solved some small issues that we needed. Recommended!
