ok again NO ONE has helped me start w this i installed as u say with your customer team which is terrible then they said install the demo content obviously i did that already and site still missing pieces i bought this on july5 and havent advanced at all do u give refunds? i would like my money back! for this service other themes get into your site and solve the issue in seconds yours repeat as a computer same commands while result is always the same!

Everything works properly, you need to have an active support to get updates via your dashboard. If your support expired you will be able to update the theme and all required plugins only manually by downloading the latest theme version in your account here on Themeforest

That’s exactly what I did. But nevertheless the error message is still there and the plugin not updated.‍♀️ So even my support package expired perhaps it is worth to check it generally.
