The theme did not work.
Poor quality of documentation.
Refund requested - author does not reply (which is even worse than the theme not working)
Feels like a ripoff to me.

its really off the shelf. i dont like it. i payed 59 when i bought it. now its like worth half. hard to manage.
i then bought xtheme and its 100% easier has page builder inside. this one really sucks. waste of bucks.

I would give less than one star is that option was available. I have received NO SUPPORT whatsoever on this theme. I have submitted 4 tickets in at least 30 hours without one response. From the moment this theme was installed, we have had numerous problems. Fatal errors, installation not working, revolution slider not working, etc, etc. We even uninstalled wordpress and the theme two times to try and see if that would fix the problems. No such luck. Themes have problems, but when they are supported, everything usually gets fixed. All we have received is silence from our 6 requests for help. We also emailed the author from his Envato page, and his private website. I have a tight client deadline which I expressed to the author, but still no response. This is unprofessional. I do not recommend this product. I feel cheated.
