I bought your theme 2 years ago for a client’s website. Unfortunatly, we lost that domain name due to error of renewing… So we bought a similar one. I try to install again the theme, but now I can’t activate it. I have this alert: “Error connecting to Envato API. Please try again later.”.
I don’t know if the code is too old, or if the issue is because the domain is not exactly the same (I don’t remember enter the purchase code 2 years ago…).
Could you please help me? I want to upload one of demos. Maybe I could upload demo using another way?

The purchase code is valid for a lifetime. The ““Error connecting to Envato API. Please try again later.” notice has to do with your server configuration. Please check all the system requirements are fine, cURL is ON, etc. If still doesn’t work please renew your support and open a private ticket on our platform with your credentials and will have a look. I own the domain name HonnyDo.com and want to use your Handyman Theme. I noticed on the Handyman homepage there’s a box for “Zip Code” to “Find An Expert” How does that work? Does your Handyman theme allow for Vendors to sign up like a Marketplace where Handymen or anyone can sign up and send their bid to prospective home owners needing work done on their home?
I would like to use the Handyman theme to allow for anyone to sign up as a Vendor and to be able to reply or respond to handyman requests from people needing a home project worked on or fixed. Is that possible with your Handyman Theme?

i use sliderrevolution, i add there video’s with the function autoplay. But when i go to Safari it buggs. The video doesn’t work. Other browsers doesn’t have this isue.. how is this possible?

This is undoubtedly a browser-specific issue. You can create a new slider from scratch and use only a video background. Then test it on a Safari browser to see if the issue persists. If it does, you can report it on the Slider Revolution author page.
That is exactly what i did, i put the video in the background. But even then it doesn’t work!

Thanks for writing in! Head over to your site admin area > Theme Options and disable the page preloader. Then run the page speed test again. We will investigate this issue and fix it with the next theme update.
Hey, I’ve noticed that somehow the text-tranform values for the typography in the theme options are localised and therefor break. Is this a known issue? In my CSS it says text-transform: hoofdletters; (Dutch) which doesn’t seem right. The issue won’t resolve itself by setting the text-tranform again, it just keeps adding in the localized value.

Thanks for writing in! We do not have any plans on using Gutenberg. The theme is optimized to be used only with WPBakery Page Builder. You can easily create a website with the custom modules available with our theme.

Hi, I have a couple of pre sale questions:
1.- I need to create a table like the following https://tinyurl.com/2htj65bb and I’ve been searching in the BLOCK and ELEMENTS options but I haven’t find any specific option for it. Would be possible to do so?
2.- In the HOTSPOTS element, is it posible to add pictures inside the small points? In the demo examples only text is shown when clicking the hotspots.

1. The theme doesn’t offer any options to build such a table. It would be best if you used custom HTML/CSS.
2. At this moment, the Hotspot element supports adding only text. I will forward your message to our dev team.

Thanks for writing in! You need to update the theme to the latest version (v3.0). After you are done with the theme update, head over to your site admin area > Sway > Plugins > update all plugins. Also, make sure that all the theme-required plugins are enabled.

We are using a customized version of Bootstrap v3 – latest stable version in terms of security. Compatibility with v4 and v5 hasn’t been throughly tested and I can not guarantee it. We will have it removed from the theme listing. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hi, I have had both Ekko and Sway for awhile and find them straightforward and easy to use. However, I recently decided to use a video background for the main image in the Sway Gardener demo and just cannot get it working for some reason. Will you point me towards the place in the documentation that explains how to use a video background? I’ve checked ‘video background’ as an option and have pasted the link to the video in YouTube, but it just won’t work. My support has expired, but if you could just let me know where in the documentation it explains how to install a video background I would be very grateful. Thank you so much.

Thanks for writing in! Try disabling all plugins except for the theme recommended ones (KeyDesign Addon, WPBakery Page Builder, Redux Framework) and test again. If the issue is resolved, enable all plugins one by one until you find the problematic one(s).

There is a bug with your KeyDesign Addon plugin.
I’m trying to update/change images for the column and every time I select new image it keeps creating new pop up of ‘Media gallery’. I have to keep selecting the image I want and press ‘Set Image’ about 3 or 4 times until it sets new image.
Can you please fix/release new update?
