Just a heads up to those who run into an issue with a demo footer…After updating the theme there is a “Sweetinz Demos” footer at the bottom of every page. If you have this issue, go to the footer.php file and delete the line of code for demos.

Thanks have updated WPBakery ok. Cannot submit support ticket as purchase 1 year ago and support expired; so ticket unable to submit.
We have checked the Instagram, the Instagram doesn’t work because of Instagram has changed policy, the frequent API access changes of Instagram. And when you access and use Instagram feed some times, Instagram will request you login to continue display user feed photo. We’re finding a solution for this and if it’s possible we will update it in new version theme.

Quick question…my site is requesting an update to the Catanis Core plugin. I currently have version 1.2 installed and it is requesting I update to version 1.3. Every time I run the update it says “plugin updated successfully” but then it will request I run the updater again and states that I am still on version 1.2? Is there another way I should be updating this? I’ve run the update about 3 times but it keeps saying I’m on version 1.2. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,
After updating the theme I was alerted to also update slider revolution which I did. The update removed the text formatting from my slide. The slider was a YouTube video which created following the http://sweetinz.catanisthemes.com/multi-color-home3/. It also is now showing the YouTube video information and its also not covering the area on desktop and there are black spaces on the side. Can you help me fix it so the slide is formatted similar to the example here: http://sweetinz.catanisthemes.com/multi-color-home3/.
Your online system wont let me submit a ticket and it s little frustrating that I would have to spend another $41 (which is almost the cost fo the theme) to ask a simple question on how to fix this.

About your problem: When we updated last version 1.7 for our theme and we don’t have this problem, all everythings are working fine. I don’t know why your site have this, it’s very strange! To know properly this we need to check your site.
About price support: It’s not our fault, it’s the rule from Themeforest site. But I think when you extend support you will have 6 months for support and is not only for this question and you can send tickets for us with any questions.

1) I just uploaded the theme to a brand new test site (v.17). And manually imported the sliders following the link in your documentation. I set the slider to Multi-Color Home 3 and it did the same thing, not sizing correctly and the Youtube video details showing. So it is definitely not just an error on my site. I was able to fix the resizing but had to go through slider revolution to fix the font and still cant fix the YouTube video details showing issue.
2) I am commenting on the fact that almost every other theme provider I have ever used didn’t block me from trying to contact them the minute my support expired. And every time I have asked them for help when THIER update broke the site they have helped. The fact that there is no way to contact you other then this channel and that you wont help fix an error caused by an update you pushed out with out paying $41 is pretty lame.
1. Ok, if you say that please give me your email here, our support will contact you again and ask you about a your brand new test site (domain + account) to check for you.
2. Because your purchase code expired and so you can’t create ticket, it’s true for all. About price support, please you read this article from Themeforest, thank you!

Hello, I have a question about the Catanis Location Item. I added two locations on my Google Maps Location Item and they work great on desktop with the tooltip on hover. But I can’t get the tooltips to appear on mobile. Can you help?
The map markers work on mobile devices, but the icon is slightly above the touch point to activate the tooltip. I tried using new icons to get people to touch lower but they still complain. Is there a way to get the center of the icon closer to the touch point so people don’t think it’s broken?
