Das Theme ist wirklich hammer aufgebaut, und vor allem einfach zu verstehen. Viele Möglichkeiten die man einstellen kann.
Ich habe noch nie so ein guten Customer Support mitbekommen als den von diesem Produkt. 8 Fragen die auch an Sonntagen (obwohl dort der Kundensupport offline ist) unter einer halben Stunde ausführlich beantwortet wird.

Sorry to say..presention very professional..useabilty total waste of time. To edit somehting on this theme you have to pay a extra fee on a subsciption base. It is very disappointing to pay for a theme which is not really usable..please delete to safe costumers money..

We are so sorry for your experience and the time you spent setting it up, we provide full support to our customers and the feedback from the vast majority is that they are highly satisfied with the theme, they found it very easy to set up any pages with the theme and they are amazed with the drag and drop page builder included. Specially, just only fee $59 when you buy this theme, no more extra fee as you say.We think you've misunderstood or had a problems when you used this theme.
Also we couldn't find any history of your tickets on our support forum https://catanis.ticksy.com
We think it's fair to try to contact support staff first, for all the questions and help you need for setting up your site in our theme, before saying template is not really usable.
Please consider that the theme has been sold over 420 times and maintained healthy rating so far, and still getting sales everyday. Having pleased theme users is our priority. We hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got.

The theme design itself is really slick. Lots of props to the author. Unfortunately, they chose a terrible theme builder to create this theme with (WPBakery). The theme builder this design is built on is incredibly limited, has a user experience, and has really poor support. If you don't plan on making any changes to this theme, then you'll be very happy, but if you plan on making any minor changes, then you've been warned...
Fantastic Theme, my first purchase on ThemeForest and I'm not disappointed. Support were able to help me customise this with responses almost immediately! Thanks so much. 100% would recommend

Awesome features with a variety of demos.
Most helpful for me was the customer support! Even with time difference they helped me nearly immediately and replied quite fast. Just today they answered and solved my problems within 5 min!

This theme is very easy to use and customize. It is perfect for a nice and stylish wedding website. The interface is very intuitive and easy to manage. The guys at Customer Service are truly the best out there. They not only get back to you super quickly, they always manage to help you out. Super amazing wedding themed template! Very elegant and flexible design with ability to be customized for all your wedding website needs. I shopped around for wedding themed templates and decided to go with Sweetinz for their elegant layout, beautiful designs and very close attention to details (I.e. white space balance, ability to add in effects over images, animations, etc...)
Definitely 5/5 stars and one of the best templates I have worked with. Behind this amazing product they also provide amazing customer support, and we’re quick, super responsive and able to help troubleshoot some of my custom needs. Thanks to the team!

Really good Theme, super easy to use with just a little knowledge of WP. The best thing about it is the super fast support. Two problems (by the way my mistakes) were solved within minutes :-) Would highly recommend it for everyone that looks for a pretty much ready to go beautiful wedding theme.
