RTL Supported?

The theme has a left-to-right text direction by default. For RTL support, additional rtl stylesheet is required. If there is a need, our Customization studio can create it for you. To get a quote, please submit a ticket at https://themerex.net/support/ – choose “Get a free quote” category.

I got this theme “Tails” through an Envato Elements because I´m subscriber so I dont´t have a Purchase Code, how can I get support without a Purchase Code?

Since doing the newest updates my decimal value isn’t showing up. I have it set to 2 decimal places, but my prices just show up as $8800? Can I get a fix for this?
In the meantime, I have removed the decimal and the numbers are rounding up. I can’t have my customers paying $8800 for an $88 item. But I’d like this to be the way it was originally set up.

Is there a way to make the menu stretch across all pages? Some of the pages have the drop down menu instead.

Thank you in advance.I’ve been trying to update the phone number and address located at the top of the homepage, but it still stays set as the theme default. It updates on the rest of the pages though. Any idea how to fix this? I’ve went into the customization area and put in the correct info, but it just won’t update on the home page.

Most likely other header style is specified for your homepage: http://tails.ancorathemes.com/doc/images/homepage_2_to_header.pngPlease navigate to Pages> Home> Edit> Theme options> Header> Header style and check what style is set there
After that add changed to this header layout.

I am text block. Click edit button to change this text. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
I’ve even deleted the text block and adding a new one. Thoughts?
and is there an option for a cart button in the main menu?

There is Layouts: Cart shortocode that displays cart button. You may add this shortcode to your header layout in Layouts tab.

The theme is bundled with WPBakery page builder – you can use either Anchor block for each section or simply assign a Row ID and use these IDs for one page menu. For smooth scroll, you may need to install additional plugins.
