I need to access support and have 3 months remaining of support, but when I try to login I get a message that says “Token is invalid or expired. Please try again.” I tried to send you a message via the contact form on your site and also get a message about “Token is invalid or expired.” I cannot access support at this time because of this issue or contact you any other way besides writing a message here. We are thinking about purchesing your theme, but are unsure about some of the features, does your theam provide the following features : -filters for different groups of students, categories of students. -the possiility of login at different levels: professor level, student level, etc.. -the posibility for professors to send out emails containing different information for each individual group of students.
We would like to buit a website designed for a special needs and education school. On the website, we would like to give the possibility for the perents of students, (when they register and make an account), to choose a disability category in wich their child is (for example: Blind Students, Def students, Etc..). According to the disability category that the student is in, the teachers to be able to send specially designed newsletters for each categories.
Is this what your theme can offer? Many Thanks in advance!
Theme does not provide all these features, you’d need to get these features from the plugins. Learndash provide some of these features, such as grouping and categories, sending notification to different groups, but a lot details goes into that, it’s possible to do all that regardless of which theme you use. Theme is more about the looks.
Hello I would like to use Talemy for my courses. I have a few questions. Is it connected with Woocommerce?
I’ll explain better what I want to do. I would like to sell products on the store. If the customer buys a product from the store (WooCommerce) this must be able to view the lessons for free. Can i do this with Talemy?
This for me is the most important feature to have.
Does your plugin fit well in the woocommerce dashboard? For example i have: my profile, my orders… do my courses also appear? (in the customer dashboard)

What you’re looking for are plugin features, theme is more about the looks.
Learndash supports woocommerce checkout: https://www.learndash.com/support/docs/add-ons/woocommerce/Woocommerce dashboard does not include my courses, it’s possible to add it by code or with a plugin.

Can you tell me, what plugins included?
Slider Revolution and Learndash Course Reviews plugin are included, but Learndash LMS is not part of the theme purchase.

Hello, there seem to be a glitch with Elemntor compatibility. Can’t edit my pages with the Elementor full width layout. On the Canvas works for now. All plugins are updated.

Well, when i try to create and design a new page with elementor using the full width layout, the elementor work space doesn’t load up so i can simply drag and drop items. it just keeps showing the loading icon.
But when i change layout from Fullwidth to Elementor canvas, it loads. But the full width layout is the most prefered for my website.
Are you using latest version of the theme? Can you please share your login details by email?
Yes, i am using the latest version of the theme, fully updated. When i switch to other themes, elementor works fine but when i use yours, it doesn’t. I’m sorry, i really don’t feel comfortable sharing my login.

The latest version of Elementor v3.10 do cause some issues if WordPress debug mode is enabled, but it’s not theme specific issue, other themes we tested produce the same error. You might want revert the Elementor to a previous version or disable the debug mode off temporarily.
Please what do you mean by wordpress debug mode because i don’t seem to find anything like that here
I just figured it was the elementor pro plugin that’s causing the glitch, had to deactivate, all good now, thanks.

Yes, page loading animation can be disabled in theme settings.

Hello, I have few pre-sale question – We are building a website that will teach yoga, meditation and yoga theory. I am trying to understand if the following functions are possible with your theme. 1. Live classes through zoom
2. Can we set course date for batches: eg: Batch 1: 20/04/2022 to 20/05/2022?
3. Can we offer 10 days courses? Eg a customer wants to purchase yoga course for 10 classes only. They can join the yoga 30 day course and only learn for 10 days. So for example. they start the course on 20/04/2022 and then they learn on 20th, 21st and 23rd. Then they login again on 25th, 26th and the 29th, 30th. Basically randomly instead of finishing the course back to back.
4. We want to allow limited access, so if the enrol for a 30 day course then after 30 days they cannot login to the same course they have to re-purchase the course?
5. Some course are offered for 15 weeks. 1 class for one hour per week, so totally 15 classes for 15 weeks. Will we be able to send them an email before 1 day of the classes as a reminder?
