I was looking for a template to re-start my old photography site. About 7 years ago I stopped hand coding , actually I had stopped html web site building completely. Thought WordPress was the go. But the increasingly bloated WordPress platform with more and more Plugins charging ridiculous subscription fees with a very uncertain future proof support made me look at HTML again. Not the very youngest anymore I was worried if my old coding skills would be a match for a modern website.
Well I can tell you : It was so easy : Not that I am so smart , but the template pages are all so extremely well coded , so clean and above all so very well documented with comments in the code , I still hope to come across a very complicated problem so I can contact the author ... but so far i have been able to customise the page-templates completely on my own thanks to the absolutely brilliant layout of code and inline instructions. Very Happy !
