Impossible to download the theme, even manually on the server!

Nothing works, the theme is unusable!

Envato let me buy this theme, then then there is an error message, that it is deleted!

How can I get a refund?

It's been years that I buy on this site, and there, it is really a pure scam!

The theme is well-coded with documentation. However, as it no longer supported the slider plugin is outdated and cant load Vimeo videos. You will have to update that and for installation, if you are getting the critical error message make sure you have first installed all the plugins the theme uses. Go to plugins section and it will tell you the recommended ones to install do so and activate.

I am unable to upload the theme and install demo content. It is causing a critical error and my attempts to contact support have gone unanswered.

Theme is too robust for my site, so it is worthless. Requested a refund a week ago and still have not heard back.

I requested to author to solve the problems of this theme several theme. I wrote about it on the item support page, comment page. but author doesn't answer well. and they don't solve the problems.

I think Author doesn't care this theme anymore, even It has been 2years that is updated.

I strongly recommend you to buy other theme. this is so terrible theme.

Everything is great! The theme is bundled with a ton of extras. It's updated whenever the extras update. The authors are on the ball there, so the theme is not neglected like some others I've purchased here on TF.

The theme itself is very easy to use and style, so it's easy to get it looking beautiful really quickly. The code is responsive, so it looks right on other screens as well.

And, the support is top-notch. So yeah, well worth the money.

This theme is fantastic and on top of a great design it has really high quality plugins and flexibility. The support with this theme is also fantastic and they are very responsive to any issues you may have with installation or otherwise - would highly recommend it!
