Is this template compatible with shopify? I bought it but I may made a mistake

Unfortunately no, we don’t have Shopify versions of our themes. We are focused on creating WordPress themes and this theme can only be used on a WordPress installation.

Is there any change i can have a refund? I made a mistake, someone recomended this to me, I’m not an expert and I thought it would be easy as shopify templates . Waiting for your response, hope you can help me so I can buy another one that is easy to me

hello i have your theme on one of the clinets websites. We changed our main currency yesterday and widget for price range is showing old price. we have to have 2 currencies visible for our products, and price range is using old currency and not new. There is no settings for widgets. How to adjust that? https://viadecori.hr/shop/

The price filter default behaviour is for one currency only so if you wish to change this you will need to edit the theme files.

Hi, After the latest wordpress update, there are some issues with the theme loading. Some portfolio pages and shop pages showing the loading icon and stays like that. It is not showing the actual content. I created a support ticket. Do you have any updates for wordpress version 6.1?

Seems support is slow, we are still waiting for a simple question LOL, the theme has issues with widgets and documentation is not so clear. For 89$ expected much more.

Just want to ask two things. Kindly solve my doubt

1) All images, color, font, size are editable from Elementor or not. Because some theme provide editing from the child theme means using coding or theme file editor.

2) WordPress version & WooCommerce is updated as per the latest version.

Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.

Hi we used töbel theme in a domain but can’t deactive. Can you deactive from server side. We want to use it in a new domain but giving error “This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.”
